CUSTOM PROGRAMS

Once you fill out the questions below, I will reach out to set up a time to speak on the phone. From there we will meet over zoom for 1-3 sessions to start depending on your fitness level where I will see how your body moves, show you how to attack your program, and further coach you on what to do when you are on your own. From there, I create your program in YOUR tonal app so it can be locked and fully loaded. There will be a “halfway” and “final” session that we do but I make myself available for extra zoom sessions and more communication based on the level you buy into.

Below are a variety of custom workouts I created! Each includes 16-20 custom workouts a piece within. Programs levels are categorized from Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. All details are below! Once you see a program you like, buy it, and you’ll get instant access to view or download a PDF calendar with all of the workouts linked into each day, where you can save them to your tonal app. You wont have to add anything yourself, what I created will pop up for you!

WHY CUSTOM WORKOUTS!?

These standards for full body strength training will help you learn the proper ways to maximize your training time so you dont waste it and have an idea of how to properly progress from start to finish for each workout.
