This program is all about heavy lifting and spine twisting! Everyday is full body with an emphasis on pushing or pulling for the lower body OR upper body with EVERYDAY incorporating the best the device and myself have to offer in regards to twisting core exercises.
Day 1 Lower Push + Twist Day 2 Upper Pull + Twist Day 3 Lower Pull + Twist, Day 4 Upper Push + twist
35-48 minutes per workout
A lot of created moves from library my library and minimal Tonal moves
Sessions stay fresh with different variations of the same movement patterns WEEKLY
Some arm movement and some equipment change within blocks
Dynamic weight modes used through out
Reps in hypertrophy + strength endurance rep range (8-12 + 12-15)
Burn out mode drop sets
