You will travel up the chain of the toes, feet, ankles, knees, and hips and back down catering to everything up, down, and side to side. Minimum equipment is needed to maximize results (long bands, lacrosse ball/foam roller, yoga blocks) but not necessary as I show you ways you can use your body and other household items as external forces. The goal is to FEEL better and to optimize range of motion of your lower body movement and connection!
