Below is a collection of follow along mobility programs for those of you who are looking to cater to Imbalances, Joint range of motion, Connection and awareness, Overall quality of movement/Optimizing the body
All videos range anywhere from 6-11 minutes. The programs themselves contain 25-30 videos a piece, packed together in a single downloadable PDF where the links to all videos for your purchased program will live. The idea behind this is to spend TIME with each program and repeat vids back to back and at different times in the day if you have the time, so you can feel the inevitable results that come with being consistent, dedicated and intentional.
The PDF will be password protected, but that will be shared with you as soon as you pay :)! Some programs use minimal equipment (bands, yoga blocks, lacrosse balls, foam rollers) and I provide links to my amazon store front to get those! As always, modifications are provided if needed.
