STRENGTH

“Length + Strength” is about giving your muscles and joints a chance to become long and unstable through a variety of dynamic movements, done in a controlled environment. Expect to bend, extend, rotate, twist, and stabilize using minimal equipment, your body weight, gravity, and PEAK FOCUS! This style of movement will help you gain access to more mobility, awareness and STRENGTH in functional and abnormal ways you couldn’t before. When you implement this into your life, you will get to a state of being where you will always feel able bodied and ready for anything!

SF’s premier outdoor gym! This is a pop-up/one time class to bring my style of movement to Hayes Valley. The class will infuse minimal equipment like long bands and free weights with a focus on the flow of developing Length + Strength with our bodies! Class is $25 per person and you can sign up through the link below!

Saturday 2/17 10 am: The Line Hotel

This is one of SF’s newest and coolest hotels located in Mid-Market. I’ve partnered with them to bring my body weight style of movement to the hotel guests and whoever else wants to join! Its FREE to the public! There will be limited mats available so bring your own if you can! We’ll be clearing out the room you see below to make class happen!
